Terms of use

1-General

These general conditions of sale are strictly applied to all sales of products made in Spain, destined for individuals and companies.

Any order made to JAMÓN Y SALUD necessarily implies, as an essential, determining and essential condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Client of the General Conditions of Sale of JAMÓN Y SALUD in force on the day the corresponding order is carried out. In addition, the Client acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions will imply their application to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent order, with the exception of those cases in which JAMÓN Y SALUD brings new conditions to their attention. The fact that JAMÓN Y SALUD does not resort at any given time to any of these conditions cannot be interpreted nor will it be the same as renouncing to resort to them in the future or in the past.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all the acts that are a consequence of them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions contrary to it.


2-Prices:

The prices published in JAMÓN Y SALUD are in euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices include VAT applicable on the day of the order; any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products on sale at JAMÓN Y SALUD.

3- Payment Methods

How to pay for the purchases you make at Jamón y Salud: by bank transfer, cash on delivery, Pay-Pal or Virtual POS.

4- Product:

The offers presented by JAMÓN Y SALUD are valid within the limit of available stocks. JAMÓN Y SALUD reserves the right to modify the assortment of products depending on the difficulties imposed by its suppliers. The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are only indicative and do not commit the seller JAMÓN Y SALUD in any way.

5- Shipping:

The products purchased will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.

By default, the invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the client at the time of registering with JAMÓN Y SALUD.

On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be neither departure nor delivery of orders.

 However, its delay will not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation.

An order is considered delivered at the time the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the status of the merchandise at the time of receipt and indicate all anomalies on the delivery receipt.

The buyer must specify the desired delivery address, whether it is his home, office or centre where he wants the product to be delivered. Prior Transfer will make the delivery within a period of 2/3 working days from the moment of confirmation of payment for purchases made with a Credit Card and from the moment of receipt of proof of payment for purchases. If desired, the buyer can specify a different delivery week by indicating it in the “Observations” field.

The merchandise must be checked at the time of receipt to verify that all the products included in the order are delivered. The recipient has the possibility of rejecting the package if it has been opened or has obvious signs of deterioration.

6- Return and cancellation policies

6 -1 Return of merchandise:

All products sold may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. The product must be in perfect condition, it must weigh at least 80% of its original weight, with its seal and original packaging intact.

To make the return, you only have to contact us by email at info@jamonysalud.com indicating your order number. You will receive the necessary instructions for the return.

The return costs will be borne by the buyer, except in cases in which Jamón y Salud deems it unnecessary.

6 -2 Order cancellation:

If the cancellation of the order arrives before the departure of the merchandise, the client will not bear any expense. In the case of a cancellation after the departure of the order, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, as well as the return costs of this same order.
